By conducting focus groups with IKEA employees, Zync concluded that what differentiated IKEA as an employer was the freedom people felt to be themselves.

In conjunction with the “Love Your Home” campaign IKEA was running on the consumer side, Zync launched “Love Your Job,” a campaign that celebrated the unique benefits of working at IKEA.

The campaign ran using traditional media and digital channels to reach a wide demographic needed at all levels of employment opportunities.
