A “fresh” recruitment campaign.

To align with Loblaw’s “fresh” affiliations—fresh produce and the Joe Fresh brand—Zync created a recruitment campaign called “Fresh Future.”

The goal of the campaign was to deliver little known facts about Loblaw’s footprint across Canada, commitment to diversity and the many career opportunities it provides.

Using basic design elements to align the campaign with the overall brand, we created infographics that highlight the benefits of working at Loblaw companies and the positive outlook and opportunities embedded in their culture.

Loblaw Companies Limited is Canada’s largest retailer. It employs over 192,000 employees and owns some of Canada’s top consumer brands—including President’s Choice and Joe Fresh.
