As founding partner and strategist at Zync, he is focused on helping organizations identify and harness their brand, and translate market potential into innovative solutions and strong, successful opportunities.

Brad’s professional track record was established through senior leadership roles at Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt, and as a partner at the agency, Northern Lights. An accomplished public speaker, facilitator and trainer, he is also VP of Partnerships for the American Marketing Association (AMA), Toronto Chapter, and co-authored “Building Your Organization’s Brand” for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Brad has been recognized on many occasions for his branding, marketing and film work.

As founding partner and creative director of Zync, Marko understands the impact that great creative can have on brands and marketing communication. For more than 15 years, he has been helping clients turn powerful ideas into successful, award-winning campaigns, and enabling their brands to reap the rewards of a strong creative strategy.
A passionate advocate for consistent, creative brand building, Marko believes in helping clients tell their story with clarity, authenticity and impact – no matter the audience, in all mediums.
Marko is a registered graphic designer, a past board member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario, a member of the ADCC, and an associate of the OCAD. He has served on numerous creative award juries and participates regularly at industry events. Marko also spends his time advising young designers at portfolio reviews and various student events.
